The snow has finally cleared enough for me to use the bike without scaring myself stupid due to the road conditions!

Even though my clothing keeps me very warm, the weakest link I have is my gloves. To be fair they are quite old now and have been good but the stitching has started to fray and as a result after about 20 minutes in the cold my fingers do freeze – new gloves are definitely high on my priority list!
