|If you suffer accidental injury while legally riding, mounting or dismounting a motorcycle within the United Kingdom and which within 104 consecutive weeks of occurring directly results in one of the following we will pay the applicable benefit as shown below:
This insurance does not cover accidental injury directly or indirectly arising out of or as a consequence of:
|On each anniversary of the commencement date we will automatically increase the amount of cover under this policy by an amount equal to 10% of the amount of cover applicable under this policy during the previous 12 months and the monthly premium will also increase by 10% of the amount of the monthly premium applicable under this policy during the previous 12 months.||6|
You may cancel this policy within 14 days of receiving your documentation. If no claims have been made we will refund the premium you have paid. If a claim is made we will be entitled to the first monthly premium.
If any other monthly premium is not paid when due, we have the right to cancel the policy with effect from the date the payment was due.
You may cancel the policy at any time by telling us either in writing or by phone.
We may cancel your policy at any time by giving 14 days notice to your last known address.
If you cancel your policy, you shall not qualify for any free cover promotion within the following 12 months. We reserve the right to refuse any new business application from you within the following 12 months.

Following our Internal Complaints procedure or seeking a review from FOS does not effect your right to take legal action.
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if Covéa Insurance cannot meet its obligations (e.g. Covéa Insurance go out of business, into liquidation or are unable to trade).
