A man may be keen to protect his classic bike with motorbike insurance after it won the hearts of local bikers.
Owner Gary Moore told the Yorkshire Evening Post that colleagues at Harley Davidson in Leeds, where he works, had initially found his Royal Enfield Bullet 350 amusing.
But while he accepted the speed limits of the British-designed and Indian-built classic, he added that it has benefits such as being easy to mend.
The bike is now an object of admiration among his peers.
Mr Moore said that his love affair with Royal Enfield began in India, where it enjoys the same status as Harley Davidsons do in Britain.
He added that the fact Royal Enfields cannot go too fast is "part of their appeal" and added that they can still handle the roads.
The biker named 50mph as an optimum cruising speed for them.
Royal Enfield says that the Bullet 350 boasts superior grip because of the size of its tyres and wheel base.
