Honda releases new CBF1000FA

Honda insurance customers can now get their hands on the latest edition of a classic model from the Japanese manufacturer.

The CBF1000FA has now been released to dealers across the UK, Honda has confirmed.

Honda insurance customers will now be able to take the new machine for a test ride and see how the slightly higher compression ratio allows for 10bhp more than the previous model.

The manufacturer says that CBF bikes are recognised the world over as representative of versatility and reliability.

"This latest addition to the family gives this unrivalled versatility a stylish new edge, giving the look of this new model a more compact, sporty feel," Honda claims.

In a rider survey conducted by the Motorcycle News earlier this year, eight of the top ten most reliable motorcycles were named as Honda bikes.

Top of the list was the NT700V Deauville model, with CBR models filling out most of the other positions.
