North-west dealer joins the Ducati franchise

Ducati insurance customers in the north-west are set to benefit as the largest motorcycle dealer in Cumbria has joined the Ducati dealer network, the company has revealed.

J and L Motorcycles of Carlisle has acquired the franchise and duly invested in factory-trained technicians and a fully-equipped service area to cater for the needs of Ducati riders across the region, the firm has announced.

The company was established in 2002 and provides sales and servicing for both new and used bikes.

Announcing the move, the director at J and L Motorcycles Limited, John Kennedy, said: "We are looking forward to introducing both new and established customers to the Ducati range. We have a wealth of experience and knowledge and our staff all have a passion for the Ducati brand."

Increased access to the company's motorcycles is a further boost for Ducati enthusiasts.

The Italian manufacturer recently announced the return of the Ducati Riding Experience, with riding classes taking place at Italian racing tracks throughout the summer.
